Knitting division has the capacity and expertise to produce more than 15 Tons of knitted fabrics with and without Spandex. All types of knitted fabrics like Interlock, single jersey, Rib, Pointelle Rib, Poly Fleece , Engineered stripes, Terry, Velour, French Terry, Jacquard, and all possible knitted fabrics can be knitted.

We have associated with best Dyeing and Printing mills in Tirupur who have most modern machineries and work in practise. Each process units are deeply conscious of its commitment to environmental protection a nd conservation.

As part of their social responsibility initiative most of these process houses have invested in energy efficient machineries, sewage treatment plant to recover and reuse waste water, Effluent Treatment Plant with Zero discharge system. Also they GOTS and Oeko Tex certifications to prove that the process takes place in a Environmental friendly set up.

Dyeing units have Data colour matching system with spectrophotometer, Salce auto dispenser for best colour matching of yarn and fabric, James Heal quality control and testing machines for Physical and Chemical testing. Thies fabric dyeing and yarn dyeing achines. Bianco slit opener, ballon padding machine, Bruckner Stenter and Bianco Compacting machine.

Printing Division is vertically set up with CST digital rotary screen engraving machine, Reggiani and Stormac RD V1 – 12 colour printing with repeat sizes of 640, 819 and 920mm. Printing unit have the capacity to print Pigment, Discharge, Reactive and Burn out prints.
